Once logged in, head to the members section uf your team page and use the "Add new.." button to display the form needed to add a new member. Only first and last name are mandatory fields, we recommend to add a valid e-mail address aswell to make use of notification function. Members details aside from name, position, age and nickname are never displayed on public pages.
Everyone listed under in the "members" section of your team page thats logged into your team page using the users or administrators login/password. The users login is shared amongst team members, ask your teammates or trainer/administrator if you don't have access to the team page.

You probably tried editing a member that hasn't been assigned to a position or function yet. Choose a position/function from the pulldown menu before saving.
Yes, there's an export function on the members overview page that lets you download a up-to-date list of all members at any time.
The exported file contains all members data of your upia.io members list, you can customize the fields and their order.
YOu can use it for other applications and databases, a common use is to incorporate it into your office workflows like printing labels or writing circular letters in Word.
  • 1. Select fields for export by clicking them in the left hand column. Use the up/down buttons to move the individual fields up and down.
  • 2. Select which members to export. Choose if you want to save the file to your disk or directly open it in a compatible program(Excel, LibreOffice, Apple Numbers or similar).
  • 3) Your export either downloads as a file or opens as text in a new browser window. Copy/paste the exported text into your open Excel/Libreoffice/Numbers document.
